THE PROGRAM
PLASTEN ROBOTICS INTEGRATION — COMMISSIONING ENGINEER is a practical program for engineers who bring industrial robots into machine tools and production lines and keep them running.
Connect robots to machine tools and production-line equipment, mapping signals and I/O.
Write production-ready robot programs for handling, palletizing and process applications.
Carry out start-up and adjustment (commissioning) of a robot cell before handover.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
Students work through realistic robot integration scenarios rather than memorizing program syntax.
Diagnose reach, singularity and offset issues in a taught path.
Trace pneumatic, electrical and I/O logic for an end-of-arm tool.
Correct timing and positioning logic in a palletizing routine.
Resolve an I/O handshake fault between robot and CNC machine.
Diagnose signal and sequencing faults in a spray/paint application.
Fix synchronization between a conveyor and a robot pick cycle.
Recover accuracy after a mechanical collision or accidental knock.
Commission a complete robot cell and produce a professional handover report.
